RESEARCH TOPICS

Big Data and Environmental Health

We use large databases, such as electronic health records, to understand associations between environmental exposures and various cardiovascular and chronic diseases

'Omics and the Environment

Using metabolome and epigenome-wide data we seek to understand the molecular mechanisms and pathways linking environmental exposures (particularly air pollution) and health outcomes.

Methods & Software Development

We seek to develop methods and software which advance our ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. Learn more on our Software Page
