Functional Dependency Tool (FDTool) is a Python application developed by Matthew Buranosky which automates importants aspects of database development, e.g. finding functional dependencies and candidate keys, and is optimized to work with large health record datasets, which typically contain thousands or millions of rows and many columns.

MR BACOn

Mendelian Randomization analysis of Biomarker Associations for Causality with Outcomes (MR BACOn) is a Mendelian Randomization tool under development to examine associations between metabolites and chronic disease. By focusing on metabolites we hope to add features particularly useful for these analyses, e.g. pathway analyses
