Principal Investigator

My interests include the melding of environmental epidemiology with computational biology to better understand the links between the environment and human health. My primary focus is on the environmental risks associated with cardiovascular disease, metabolic disease, and aging. I am particularly interested in the genetic, epigenetic, and metabolomic mechanisms and pathways that mediate environmental exposures and determine baseline susceptibility.
